There are numerous points during the purchase process to delete, or cancel an incorrect selection.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be honored up until midnight of the day before your scheduled visit. Refunds will not be honored on the date of your visit. For example, if you were planning to visit us on Saturday, refunds will be honored until Friday 11:59pm. There are no refunds on the day of arrival for:

• Incorrect ticket/date/time selections
• Change of plans/number of guests
• Weather conditions, unless the State of New Mexico officially closes the road
