Insurance

Insure your Season Pass against that unexpected, verifiable medical reason.  A letter verifying your medical reason from a licensed Physician must accompany your letter requesting a pass credit or refund and should be filed within 30 days of the mishap.  The medical reason must happen prior to February 20th to receive pass credit or refund.  Once your claim is received, usage of your pass will be calculated at full ticket value. When a balance remains you will receive a pass credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used towards your pass in the future or a refund.  Without insurance there are no pass credits or refunds. PLEASE! allow 24 hours processing time.

5. If a Card/Pass is lost, stolen or forgotten, a replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged. Photo ID is required to receive a replacement pass.
